Meet Jeff Hindman

Jeffrey J. Hindman, CPC, CAC, CSP

Jeffrey J. Hindman founded The Hindman Group, Inc. in 1995 as an Executive Search Firm committed to the search and recruitment of top professionals in their respective fields. ID Magazine invited Jeff to join the ID Advisory Board as the only recruiter on that board. Jeff has been a top producing recruiter for many years and active on the Executive Board of CSP, the California Staffing Professionals and it's Immediate Past President at the state level. Jeff also was formerly on the Board of Directors of NAPS, the National Association of Personnel Services. In 1996, Jeff earned his CPC, Certified Personnel Consultant title. From 1995-1997, Jeff served on the Board of MAPS, Missouri Association of Personnel Services. Recently, Jeff was invited to join The Pinnacle Society, an exclusive group of seventy of the top producing recruiters in the country.
Jeff Hindman received a B.S. from Western Michigan University in 1977. After graduating, he began a long career in the Foodservice Distribution Industry holding such positions as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Vice President of National Accounts and President of various distribution operations. Jeff has owned and operated distribution and foodservice companies for many years, which has further enabled him to identify talent for THG clients.
